I’m looking forward to tasting this delectable hot sauce. This morning I made this fermented hot sauce recipe with two lovely folks from the UK and one from Germany. Notes: We this hot sauce in a 5 litre jar with a wide variety of peppers like Brad uses. Remember to wear gloves! Even with gloves my hands burned a little when I was washing the cutting boards without gloves.
